SAN SEBASTIAN . SAINT SEBASTIAN
El personaje origen del mito de San Sebastián nace en 256 a.d. en la Galia Narbonensis y se educa en Milán. Fue nombrado capitán de la Guardia Pretoriana de los emperadores Diocleciano y Maximiano. Cuando Maximiano le ordena abandonar el cristianismo, Sebastián se niega y el Emperador, para dar un ejemplo, ordena que sea atado a un poste y asaetado por la propia Guardia Pretoriana que él capitaneaba.
